Hello Tuan,

We should use 5V to program the device. 3.3V is not recommended for either programming or erase.

I saw in the picture that programming succeeded. Could you show more logs with using the scroll bar at right side?

Could you try programming it in Reset mode, and Power setting as 3.3V?

Besides, double-check ISSP connections on your board and try to use short cables.
