Please let me know the data retention time for Cypress S29AS016J.

My understanding is the below.

･10K Program / Erase cycles ⇒ 10 years(Min) data retention@55℃

･100K Program / Erase cycles ⇒ 1 year(Min) data retention@55℃

Cypress Product : S29AS016J70TFI030(Technology = 110nm FG, Ta = -40℃～+85℃).

Is my understading correct? If my understanding is wrong, please correct it.
