Hi everybody,
I can not program Analog coprocessor SSOP82 with mini Prog 3.
I have updated all the drivers and software, but PSOC Creator4.1 does not support this device.

You can use search in this developer community(top right corner of the page) with key words of the message "The device was recognized but PSoC Creator does not support using it at this time", this was discussed in multiple threads for different PSoC family devices using Miniprog3.
The possible reasons/resolutions are 1) Circuit board hardware issue, 2) Upgrade PSoC Programmer to 3.27.1, 3) The MPN used in the Creator project is different with the MPN mounted on your board. etc...

I am sure miniProg 3 (CY8CKIT-002) support this chip at Creator4.1.
I used bread board to test it.
Maybe you need check your hardware.

I think it must be something with the XRES Signal or Power Cycle. So something in Hardware Connection is wrong or collides with other Signal. Can you program the chip with Power Cycle instead of XRES?
