Hello Cypress.
Is there any application to prevent CapSense’s malfunctions when noise is injected to GND line?
Best Regards.

The capsense uses the noise on the ground and power rails to filter noise out of the capacitive sensing from what I've read, so this might be an intended feature/function that is not working well with too much GND noise?
You could try using a capacitor from VDD to GND or at other wire/pin locations to try to filter out the noise from reaching the IC.
