I have edited my Clocks section in PSoC Creator to set my Master Clock to 48MHz, with a 3MHz IMO. 48MHz shows up everywhere here, but when I program the solution and review the timing.html file in results it shows 24MHz.

What do I need to do to get the faster clock to take effect?

Thanks,
Paul

Relevant file(s) are missing, seems your project is corrupted.

I would suggest to re-build the project using copy & paste into a new project.

Can you please post your complete project so that we all can have a look at all of your settings. To do so, use

Creator->File->Create Workspace Bundle (minimal)

and attach the resulting file.

Same project as the buffer/fanout question.

Seems to be that's it. I had retargeted this project from a PSoC 4 project. Creating a new one and copying everything over now allows the clock changes to be reflected in the timing HTML document.
