Hello,
I'm trying to check the sample rate in the eoc pin of the Delta Sigma ADC. The ADC is hardware triggered with a pwm signal. The ADC is sampling and i want to know the exactly sample rate checking the EOC signal. However this pin is always LOW. It do not chage its state. How I can check this?
Thank you

Hi,
I could see the pulses on EOC (pin 3.1). It might be some hardware or connection issue.

I can'n see de signal with a PWM period of 40 ms. However when PWM frecuency goes up (x100 for example) I can see the eoc signal in the oscilloscope. I you can see the signal correctly It could be a problem with the oscilloscope. Thank you
