When I new a empty project, I can't find cy8c55 family. My device is cy8c5568axi-060. So how to add the device? Is there a similar device instead?

Hi Zhengyu,
PSoC5 has been obsolete several years ago. So that the device is not available in latest versions of PSoC Creator after PSoC Creator 2.0.
Kindly refer to its advanced replacement: PSoC5LP in your new design.

Yes, LP was supposed to stand for 'low power'. The difference to the obsolete PSoC5 series was mainly silicon bug fixes.
