Hi,
Build the project and that warning will be gone.
In the newly created project, the project.h will not be available. That file is generated only after building the project (or generating the application). That's why PSoC Creator shows diagnostic error.

Nothing, it's not right.
I follow faithfully PSoC 4 Lab 1 – Blinking LED – Lab Manual but then ask
me the target, and my C8YKIT49-42 does not appear. Is this error?
Maybe I have not configured PSOc 4.1 well? Could you tell me where is the
exact procedure for configure that? I use windos 8.1. Thank.

Please elaborate what is not right? Inline diagnostics errors have nothing to do with kit not being detecting in the PSoC Creator and the specific error you are seeing will be automatically gone as soon as you build your project.
Did you mean you are using CY8CKIT-049-42XX? If so, it wont list as it does not support SWD programming. It supports pushing new application through bootloading.
Refer to the video tutorials available for CY8CKIT-049-42XX for more details.

Excuse me, but I would like to have the right addresses, as I use PSOc 4.1
and C8YCKIT 49-42, and I'm having a lot of trouble finding suitable
tutorials. Thanks for your patience.
