Hi Alex,
I'm afraid...the answer is no. As I knew, QSPI is not supported by PSoC4L SCB component for now.
It may require to use software to implement Quad SPI protocol...but I don't have this kind of example.
A lot of QSPI components support standard SPI too. If speed requirement is not critical and your QSPI component does support standard SPI, this can be a secondary choice..
