I downloaded your sample program, "OTA_Android_Sample_NoSecure-2".

When i run this program, the error message comes.

Cannot start compilation: the output path is not specified for module "OTA_Android_Sample_NoSecure-2".

Specify the output path in Configure Project.

Why? And How can I solve the problem?

I can't see this app in our SDK? Are you sure it's from Broadcom?

We discussed this recently with the developers, although in a context of iOS.  Unfortunately, there are currently no samples for iOS or Android for the non-secure version of OTA.

Essentially, you will need to create this manually using the source code of the secure sample  along with the source code of the Windows sample.

Thank you for your response, boont and mwf_mmfae .

I'm a date's colleague.

>Are you sure it's from Broadcom?

Yes. However, "-2" which is on the last of the file name means second because date unzipped a zip file provided twice. So, the exact file name is "OTA_Android_Sample_NoSecure"

We got this sample from the following thread:

WICED Smart BCM92073X OTA Firmware Upgrade (2)

There is the sample the bottom of if.

FYI, the second file named OTA_Android_Sample_NoSecure.apk which is provided by broadcom works correctly.

So,

>Unfortunately, there are currently no samples for iOS or Android for the non-secure version of OTA.

We think this is not true.

Is this sample file named OTA_Android_Sample_NoSecure for Android for non-secure version of OTA, isn't this?

Possibly, is it on the settings of Android Studio that the cause of this error?

Best Regards
