How to configure the CYUSB3014-BZX with 32-bit data bus

CYUSB3014-BZX work find in 16-bit data bus wide. But when I change it to 32-bit mode, I find the DQ[24-31]  are fix to 0 in the oscilloscope,while I open the amcap.

Is the data coming from the image sensor/ISP/FPGA also 32 bit wide?
