I don't understand what you want us to provide you. Do you want a PDF with a step by step instructions to control a led? There are example program with a pdf that can help you. Just open Psoc Creator and then click on kits and select your device and select the example program. Or you can do a search under file and then Code example. The Psoc 4200 and then select digital pins then you will see a PDF and an example on how to control the digital pins and some leds.

The example is great for a Pioneer kit but the user has a PSOC 049 stick and he also needs information on how to set up the Bootloader information.

Hello Robert,
Thanks for the heads-up. I have modified the comment with kit user guide which has step by step boot-loading information.
