Anyone know the USB pin numbers for the 116-BGA? Can't seem to find them in the datasheet. the "Hardware Design Considerations" document references pins on port 14 but there is no port 14 on the 116-BGA package.

Hi,
We are still working on providing the USB functionality for PSoC 6. At the moment, we don't have any 116-BGA part that will support USB. The only packages available are 80-WLCSP and 124-BGA.

rlos you mentioned that USB exists on the CSP and 124-pin BGA parts.
please direct us to the correct part-no for these, I can't find it in the datasheet, only
BZ = 116-BGA
FM = 104 MCSP
Spec ID | Package | Description | Package Drawing Number |
PKG_2 | 104-MCSP | 104-MCSP, 3.8 5 0.65 mm height with 0.35-mm pitch | 002-16508 |
PKG_4 | 116-BGA | 116-BGA, 5.2 6.4 0.5 mm height with 0.5-mm pitch | 002-16574 |

At the moment, there is no part supporting BLE and USB at the same time.

I don't know. Which company you work for? And what kind of application you are building?
