CYUSB3610 - External Serial EEPROM Programming

Hi,

In our design we are using CYUSB3610 to provide Gigabit Ethernetnet interface for the SBC Module as indicated in the block diagram below:

As recommended in the datasheet of CYUSB3610, external serial EEPROM AT93C66B is provided.

Please advice on how to do in-system programming or configuration of the EEPROM and also let us know whether USB2.0 interface itself shall be used for the same.

Also the datasheet has some reference to "GX3 EEPROM User Guide document" as well.

So please share the relevant documents or application guide for the same. Thanks in advance.

Hi Sridevi,

Yes, the configuration of EEPROM can be done on USB2.0 interface.

Please create a Tech Support Case to get the relevant documentation.
