What is the MPU inside Murata SN8205?

Can it be developed and programmed by BCM943362WCD4_EVB? How? What is the best free tool? Eclipse?

Hi,

It is STM32F215RGT6.

The Wiced SDK fully supports Murata SN8205 and it is free when it is used with Broadcom chips.

You may use the latest version of eclipse or download the Wiced SDK installer with eclipse.

Thank you for your response and clear answer.  How will I download the object file to the SN8205 module?  I have purchased BCM943362WCD4_EVB but not the SN8205 Development kit.

Hi,

Please download the WICED SDK, WICED Software Development Kit 3.1.2.

Platform files for SN8205 could be downloaded from the Murata website or from the Wiced Forum, Murata Platform files available for SDK3.1.2.

You can find Quick Starter Guide as part of the WICED SDK and located in .../docs directory, .../doc/WICED-QSG202-R.pdf. There are more documentations in the same directory.
