Hi All,

   

SRAM part CY7C1380KV33 is of size 512K × 36. Is it possible to do 32 bit read/write operation? Using this part like 512Kx32 SRAM?

   

Do we have any programmer/reference manual for the same other than the data sheet?

   

I want clarity on the DQP pin. Someone please help me on this?

Hi Kumar,

   

DQP pins are for parity.  If you do not want to use them then you should connect it to GND. Please refer the KB article from the link given below:

Yes you can use it as 512K X 32. We do no have other documentation. Can you please let us know you query on DQP pin.
