If in use quad 512x4 slave fifo buffer mode 3 of 4 buffers full, then what assert flagD?

Hi,
For OUT EP(Host Write) we usually use Empty Flag and Full Flag for IN EP(Host Read).
In the default mode(active low) Empty Flag =0 implies no data is available in the buffers(Empty) EF=1 means data is available(Not empty).
Full Flag=0 implies all buffers are filled fully(Full), Full Flag = 1 means buffers may or may not be filled, but not fully(Not Full).
