I have restored the onboard programmer using two softwares : EZ-USB Control panel& USB control center, as follows:
1. program the 68013 with DVKProg_5_simfw.hex;
2. program the 24LC00 with dvkprog_5.iic(in attachment), this iic file contain 8 byts--C0 B4 04 31 F1 00 00 00;

What is not quite clear for me is: are you still facing any problems or did you successfully restore your Kit-050 to its original state?

YES, I successfully restored my Kit-050 to its original state. Then I successfully changed my Kit-003A to PSoC 5L board by ①replacing the PSoC3 device with a PSoC5LP and ②restoreing the onboard programmer to DVKprog5 programmer.
Make it clear ?
