After power off, how long does it take for guaranteed memory erase? Assume 2 seconds for VCC to reach 0VDC.

Hi,
Please tell if you are doing a back to back power down and power up of the SRAM device. Because, once the power is off, there is no guarantee for the data and there will be some garbage data once you power on again. So, I want to know the reason for requirement of the time it takes for guaranteed memory erase.
Regards,
Pavan
