The new PSoC4
http://www.cypress.com/?id=4749
Any idea what would be the price range comparing with PSoC5 and the LP with similar RAM/ROM and features?

PSoC 4 is meant to fill the gap between PSoC 1 and PSoC 3/5LP. It will be priced accordingly.
Glad to hear you're excited about it. So are we!

Yes
INTELLIGENT ANALOG
PSoC 4 features a high performance SAR ADC with12-bit resolution
sampling at 1 Msps providing zero-overhead sequencing and differential
capability. This combined with other analog resources including Op-Amps,
Comparators, IDACs, and a Precision Voltage Reference allow you to build a
fully custom, analog signal-chain via flexible routing.

I'm more exited about their low power features.
I would also love to see a PSOC4 in small form factor. I don't expect to see somethiing like the CSP from freescale or silabs' 10-QFN but a PSOC in 12-SOIC or 16-SSOP would be really cool.

A separate forum has been created for discussions around the newly annouced PSoC 4 Architecture, and the PSoC 4 Pioneer Kit.

I also encourage you to read Cypress CEO T.J. Rodgers' annual letter, which highlights the PSoC 4 on the front cover!

I'm sure that a Creator update has to follow soon, too much has to be changed to introduce PSoC4: every usermodule has to be adapted and checked! What did they say? 1 percent inspiration and 99 percent transpiration. So now it's cypress 99-percent-time, I poresume.

This project is from a newer version of Creator. 2.2CP5 knows itself as "2.2 Component Pack 5" / "2.2.0.293", whereas this new version calls itself "2.2 Service Pack 1 Nightly Build 558" / "2.2.0.558". Looks like an internal release right now.

The manual states that there will be PSoC4 modules for the -001 kit. There seems to be no equivalent to the -030/050 kits, which kind of makes sense. The PSoC4 is not designed for accurate analog applications...
