Does the FX3 support boundary scan testing according to IEEE1149?

Hi Chris,
FX3 does not support Boundary Scan. JTAG pins on FX3 are connected to the JTAG controller of the ARM9 processor only and nowhere else.
Regards,
Anand

Is there a BSDL file available for the FX3 integrated ARM core in order to include the FX3 into the JTAG chain? Only for programming/debugging, no boundary scan testing. And if so, can the JLINK access the ARM even if there is another JTAG device in the chain?

I would also like to know if debuging is possible when there are multiple devices in the JTAG chain.

Hi,
We do not have BSDL files for any of the USB3 parts. We do not have boundary scan in our parts.
Thanks,
Sai Krishna.
