Yes. the BCM43362 is an 802.b/g/n chip.It is configured to use all b/g/n rates as and when needed (both in client and softAP mode).FYI, there are 12 b/g rates. Eight rates are displayed in the supported rates element which can be 11b or 11g/a. The additional 4 x g rates are displayed in the extendedsupported rates element if they exist. 11n rates are displayed as Modulation and Coding Scheme sets in the HT related elements.The softAP beacon advertises all b/g rates and includes the HT capabilities (11n) element.A snippet of info about beacon frames is shown herehttp://ccie-or-null.net/2011/06/22/802-11-beacon-framesFYI, the same HT capability field is included in 802.11 probes sent by the WICED client when searching for APs to join.
