        I want to implement a example for Capacitive Sensing in PSoCTRM 33.3.1.I don't know how to got a value of integration capacitor.   
So anybody have a similiar solution to help me?

I am not sure what you are looking for, but there are two methods for capsense: CSD and CSA.   
   
In CSD, you need to add external capacitor.   
   
The recommended value is given in respective device CSD user module datasheet.
