Cypress has FleXOs without any reference input, they have a crystal inside and a few have I2C interface for frequency margining, not for programming. They also do not have multiple outputs. You can always get in touch with Sales Representatives with your volume and have the requirements discussed.

The new Flexo family fullfills my jitter-spec. Unfortunately I cannot find an actual device with:
1. dual-output, one a simple integer divide of the internal clock, the other coming from PLL
or alternatively
2. a device with ref-clock in and PLL
AND
programmable during run-time preferable with i2c interface.
I'm wondering why Cypress doesn't present such a simple device.
When can I expect such a device?
Best regards -
Henry
