Because USBFS pins is behind CY7C68013A-56LFXC CY7C68013A-56LFXC (another chip with hidden firmware)
I guess USBFS functionality cannot be tested on this kit!!!
Am I right?

Your are correct. The PSoC 3 and PSoC 5 FirstTouch Kits do not connect their USB IO pins to any USB connector on the board. USB if available to be tested on the full development kit (CY8CKIT-001) and includes an example project.
