Did you manage to get to the bottom of the 200uA in deep sleep?  I am seeing the same issues as well.

We have not. One of the problems is that the existing TAG3 board and WICED Sense are not reliable platforms for current measurements.  We are developing a new platform locally that leverages a much better ground plane and possesses the ability to isolate other circuitry on the board, but until it comes out, detailed current measurements will be difficult to achieve.
