hello, I need to know the maximum distance between a smartphone and a EZ-BLE, with the following Configuration :

EZ-BLE only transmitter

smartphone with Android only receiver

When you say BLE 4 peer-to-peer, I assume you mean one BLE chip communicating directly to another BLE chip? The answer to that is yes; You can configure each chip to be client,server, or both. And then run logic/software that will switch betweeen the two for your application.
