Is it possible to implement an analog circuit (transistor level) in the PSoC 5LP kit. If not , whether there is any other kit in which I can implement an analog circuit (eg. Transconductance amplifier in transistor level).

The analog components in PSoC are pre-fabricated and do not allow configuration on transistor level.

If you want to work on transistor level, you will need discrete transistors. AFAIK there is no IC that allows doing this in a single chip (in a programmable way).
Why do you want to do that?
