The below tool enables calculation of the Junction temperature, Core power and I/O power consumption for Sync SRAMs.

Please refer to the respective product datasheets to get the Vdd voltage and Idd current used in the formula.

This is a handy way to compute the junction temperature for the product.
What is the maximum junction temp allowed for these Sync SRAM products? Are there any articles that describe that?

The max.junction temperature (technology dependant) is 125 degree celsius.
This is outlined in the QTP reports.
