Hi Ayi,

if you are using your own custom board, then it is possible that your voltage supplies of USB3 RX/TX are not good enough. If it resets at the function call CyU3PUsbConnect(true,true); then this is the case. Then refer to application note of hardware reference guide.

HI  Lumpi6

Thanks for your replay.I use my custom board. Maybe the voltage supplies of USB3 RX/TX are not good enough.

But can you tell me hao to check that ? And what is the right voltage supplies of USB3 RX/TX wave ?

thanks

 Hi,

For power supplies(This applies for all power domains, VDD,AVDD...), make sure you are using regulator with right voltage and current specification, proper decoupling and bulk capacitors, Bulk and decaps should be placed close to Silicon(Decap near to the pin), use wider tracks for power supplies.

Please look into our DVK design files(layout and schematic) http://www.cypress.com/?rID=58321 and design recommendations mentioned in http://www.cypress.com/?rID=53203.

Does U3TX_VDDQ voltage unstable can lead the problem? U3TX_VDDQ min 1.0 max 1.35. The document said it is 1.15-1.25

 Hi,

You should change your  U3TX_VDDQ supply to meet 1.15-1.25V requirement.
