It does not work to press ctrl + E, C/ ctrl + E, U in PSoC Creator 3.3

Right click into the menu-area of creator. Last entry of the context-menu is the customizer..
When you go into Creator's Help you may search for "keyboard shortcuts" and there are some more instructions.

I deleted the shortcut in customize dialog and created it new, now it works.

I found the shortcut in Edit, and it told me the Key "ctrl + C, E" is protected and cannot be removed.
However, I successfully assigned new shortcut in C/C++ editor instead of global and now it works.

What does "Ctrl + E, C" even mean? Press Ctrl+E+C? Press Ctrl+E, then let go, then press C? Hold down Ctrl, Press E, press C, and then let go of Ctrl? None of these work for me.

Now I can continue working a ## with no difficulties.
