Have you imported any project to Eclipse IDE? If not, you can import an existing project from FX3 SDK. Go to file menu and select "Import..." and choose "general"->"existing project into workspace".

Eclipse IDE came with the FX3 SDK doesn't require additional license. It should work as is and it is supported on Win7. What project did you try to import? Can you post a screen shot of your problem?

Base on your screenshot, I think the reason you can’t build the project is because you didn’t select the project in the project explore. Please select the project in the project explore first and try again.
