Please explain which ID do you want, is it Silicon ID, Family/Die ID, Revision ID?Also mention the document from where you got the ID for device CY8C21434_24LFXI.
The Silicon ID for CY8C21434 is 56(In decimal),. it doesn't vary with the package. So both CY8C21434-24LFXI and CY8C21434-24LTXI have same silicon ID i.e. 56.
