In PSOC Creator. main page, workspace explorer, select "yourprojectname".cydwr file,
pick tab item "Clocks", menu item "Edit Clock" at top of screen. This will allow you to
set up your main clock and ILO.
If you wish to control them inside your code, use TRM ("Technical Reference Manual")
and the "Register" TRM manual for the registers and descriptions to control at a firmware
level the clocks.
