大家好:

   

             我现在在用CYRF6936做一款低功耗的产品,但是Sleep Mode下的Power consumption不能全部达到1uA,产品采用3.3V供电,在Sleep Mode下,有的可以达到1uA一下,但是大部分产品都是几十微安以上,请问下大家有没有遇到这种情况,该怎么处理,还有就是在Datasheet中DC Characteristics中的Isb 的TYP 0.8uA,MAX10uA,这个范围对于CYRF6936的供电有限制吗?

即便如此,睡眠电流10微安的最大限制内,但是这应该从移动设备以不同的移动设备。我想这是最好的,你可以实现这部分。

The datasheet gives two values of Icc - one for PMU circuit enabled and one without . When PMU is enabled, the current consumption during sleep is higher.

   

Even so, the sleep current should be within the maximum limit of 10uA, but this should vary from device to device. I guess that is best you can achieve with this part.

              1.硬件电路是 Datasheet 中推荐的Vbat Fall Below 2.4V的电路,系统采用3.3V供电,此时PMU disable,只有少数几个产品可以达到睡眠时的电流小于1uA,大部分的产品为几十uA至几百uA,此时将电压降低,睡眠电流有很大的变化,当电压降至2.4V时,电流可以小于1uA,请问该如何解决可以达到睡眠时的电流小于1uA?

   

               2.硬件电路是 Datasheet 中推荐的Vbat  2.4V to 3.6V的电路,系统采用3.3V供电,此时PMU disable,所有的产品睡眠电流都是几十uA至几百uA,根本就达不到Datasheet 中所写的睡眠时的电流小于1uA,请问请问该如何解决可以达到睡眠时的电流小于1uA?

   

                3.Datasheet 中所写的睡眠时的电流小于1uA,是在何种情况下达到的,对于硬件电路是什么样的?此时的供电电压又是多少?
