I am doing a project in which we have to make a wireless USB joystick. I searched for various USB microcontrollers such as CY7C6300x and read the datasheet of it. Can anyone please tell me how to program this microcontroller or is there any other better microcontroller.

There is a Cypress developement kit for CYFi which is attached via USB to a PC.
Look at it here http://www.cypress.com/?rID=17672 You may download the schematics and examples to have a brief look how it is configured and built. I have got one of these kits and the remarkable thing about the protocol used (I think it was named something like "Star") that several transmitters could log in to one receiver and transmit their data independently (Two joystiks or even more).
