Are there any plans in the near future to introduce Ethernet as a component with the PSoCs?
This is something every other controller out there can do,and considering the power of the PSoC,it'd be a great addition.
Is this implementation on the cards anytime soon?

Hi,
plans, yes. Not really soon for a fixed hardware implementation. Are looking into an ethernet interface using UDBs?
Just curious, Robert

Well,yes.
Infact,I'm really close to implementing UDP.I'll try and make it into a component.

Well, after all.. its just manchester with some funky data.
Transmitting packets shouldnt be too difficult,so I have tried to write out some verilog to do just that,i.e. transmit UDP packets. However,I'm having some issues getting the the created component to build.
There should be an easier way to get verilog into my TopDesign.
But you get the idea.Maybe someone at Cypress could work toward making this component properly, and develop this idea further.
