Naru,
There is an External Memory Interface (EMIF) component available to access sync/aync memories external to PSoC. See EMIFExample project to get started.
Thanks,

After you place component on schematic, right click, and select
"find example project". You can add it to your existing project or
open it as a new project.

Of course you find a datasheet in creator for external memory component, right-click on the component eather on your design-sheet or at the component in the list. If not, you do not have a complete or actual installation of Creator 2.1

I just opened Creator and re-loaded example project, sounds like
you may have a bad install.

The interface is a general purpose interface, so for example if you
have a parallel interface SRAM, async, 16 bit address, 8 bit data,
that fits 10's of manufacturers general offerings. You select a part
the size you need, then examine its electricals, ac timing, etc..
and proceed with design.
