Where is BulkLoopApp-1.0.tar.gz?

Hi,

   

AN73609 EZ-USB FX2LP/FX3 Developing Bulk-Loop Example refers to an archive file BulkLoopApp-1.0.tar.gz but I cannot find it anywhere. It is not in the latest Linux based SDK. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Currently it has been pulled down for internal review. Please create a tech support case (MyAccount -> MyCases) to get a copy of the same.

Sorry to post this here but not sure where to go to get assistance on a case creation issue via the website. I continue to get the attached error anytime I try to submit a case creation via my account. I have tried different computers (XP & Win7), different browsers (Firefox & IE) all with the same error result.  I even tried creating a simple test case in the Website Feedback with no luck. Thanks in advance.

Are there any plans from Cypress to provide its own linux driver having the same interface as the CyUSB driver for Windows? Can you send me this firmware as well? Thanks.

Yes. Linux drivers for FX3 will be part of the next SDK release (SDKv1.2) that is going to happen in a weeks time.
