Hi,
Please check the Device Class Selection tab in the Control Centre. Is the check box corresponding to "Devices served by CyUSB.sys driver (or its derivatives)" checked. If not, please chek the same.

Hi,
Please try manually binding to the latest driver CyUSB.sys, that comes with SuiteUSB 3.4.7 xp/86 folder. It might be the case that by default it is taking some previous version of driver, which might be screwing up things. Please check this out and let us know the result.
