Hi,
Please verify that the driver to which your device has been bound is CyUSB.SYS. You can try the following
Right click on the device in the device manager > Properties > Driver > Driver Details
Thanks

Hi,
I remeber you having created a similar thread http://www.cypress.com/?app=forum&id=167&rID=68423, in which the issue was fixed by manually binding to latest CyUSB.sys? I believe this did not work out in this case right? In case you have not given this a try, please try the same again.
Can you please check if it is coming up in CyConsole that you get along with FX2LP DVK (http://www.cypress.com/?rID=14321).
Regards,
Gayathri

Yes, sometimes I uninstall this device, and unplug ,plug again, it is ok. but USB Control Center cannot find it. I think CyUSB.sys is unstable.

I contact with FAE of Cypress in Shanghai, he told because FX2LP is too old and no FAE can support it. only FX3 is supported. but FX3 is too expensive. My god!
