Question: Can the CY2Dx15xx family of high performance buffer devices be used to attenuate input clock jitter?
Answer:
No, these devices do not have an internal PLL and will transfer all of the input jitter-- plus a very small amount of additive jitter-- to the outputs. For more information on the additive jitter, please see the respective device datasheet.
