Question: In PSoC 3/5, Can the USB pins be used as GPIOs if they are not being used for USB functionality?
Answer:
Parts on which they have no USB support, they have P15[6] and P15[7] as NC. On those parts, USB pins can not be used for GPIO functionality.
Part which have USB functionality available, P15[6] and P15[7], can be used for GPIOs. But only available drive modes for these pins are Strong Drive or Open Drain Drives Low.
