Question: Can I route the 24MHz clock to an external pin in PSoC 1 ?
Answer: No, 24MHz signal can't be routed to an external due to the driver limitations on the GPIO pins in PSoC 1. Only signals under 12MHz can be routed to an external pin. You can however, use a maximum of Sysclk*2 (48 MHz) as a clock internally.
