Upon USB disconnect  the EZUSB should does not generate an INT and enter the Suspend state.

Question: Upon USB disconnect, the EZUSB should does not generate an INT and enter the Suspend state. How can this be achieved?

Answer:

After enumeration, use external circuitry to tie the WAKEUP Pin to the asserted state. The device will not go into suspend if the wakeup pin is in asserted state. Take care to deassert the WAKEUP pin as soon as the device is resonnected since this is essential for proper enumeration.
