Question: How do I interface an I2C EEPROM using I2C Master (software) User Module in PSoC1?

 

Answer:

The ICm user module is a software implementation of I2C master in PSoC Designer. It can support a maximum data rate of 100kbps.

 

Attached project and document demonstrate how to interface PSoC1 to an I2C EEPROM (24C256) using software I2Cm UserModule.
