Question:
What are +B input pins in FR81S MCUs?
Answer:
Typically, an input voltage higher than Vcc to a port is not guaranteed. However, when limiting an electric current, a voltage higher than Vcc can be input directly to +B input pins. The current limit value is indicated in the datasheet of the target MCU.
Note: A +B signal can be input when I/O power supply is ON.
