Importing PSoC® Creator Code into an IDE for a PSoC 6 Project

Uploaded here is a draft on how to import a PSoC 6 design created in PSoC Creator to a 3rd party IDE, such as Keil, IAR, or Eclipse. With PSoC 6, designing will not be constrained to just PSoC Creator, you will be able to use a 3rd party IDE if that's what you prefer! We provide you with the Peripheral Driver Library, which is a software development kit (SDK) for PSoC 6 devices. Your firmware uses PDL API function calls to configure, initialize, enable, and use a peripheral driver. The PDL also includes support for middleware such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), and real-time operation systems (RTOS). By design, the PDL is IDE-neutral.

Feel free to leave comments and ask questions, we appreciate the feedback!
