Behavior of Wakeup from PSS Mode in Traveo™ S6J3110/3120/3200/3300/3350/3360/3370/3400/3510 MCUs - KBA222866

Version: **

How different is the behavior of these Traveo Series MCUs at wakeup from PSS mode by the setting of the power domain (PD)?

  1. When the Peripheral Supply Domain (PD2) 1 and some of the specified power domains (PD) 2 are OFF in PSS mode, the wakeup reset occurs after the wakeup trigger, and the program starts from bootup.
  2. When the PD21 and some of the specified PD2 are still ON in PSS mode, the program continues the execution from where it entered PSS mode.

  1. PD2 is peripheral power supply domain, which includes PD3 (Core power supply domain).
  2. See the technical reference manual of each product to determine the PD that causes wakeup reset when it is OFF in PSS mode.
