Question: What is the period and cycle to cycle jitter when banks A and B are at 25MHz and bank C at 50MHz?
Answer:
The following jitter measurements have banks A and B at 25 MHz, bank C at 50 MHz. The input jitter was measured coming out of the pulse generator (before entering the CY29946). All units in ps. Nominal temperature, nominal voltage (3.3V). All data taken used at least 10,000 samples per measurement.
